RockNES: [F O R U M]

- A bunch of fixes, specially in the GUI. Plus, I put back an old mapper 5 driver. Since I don't own the old RockNES sources in hand, I had to complete & guess a few things... a few ones that I don't know. CastleVania 3 (USA) is bootable, but not playable. The docs about mapper 5 are confusing, unfortunately. -_-;; I won't promise full working of this.

- Since I'm at home, vacation, my head is always thinking in the returning day. I've spent all my time on RockNES today... ^_^;;
